Could you please look in to the problem of surface water on the Creggans, between Patrick corner south to the entrance to Ballacallin.
The water is coming up through the road surface causing erosion to the carriage way.
The problem is worse in wet weather but not only in the wet. This week when we have had a cold snap this has become a real hazard as water runs down and freezes on the cold road.
At least one accident this week.
I know budgets are tight but this problem started when Instaform was employed by Government to line the water main. They should be brought back to make good at their expense. This problem was highlighted by Patrick Commissioners when it first occurred.
I’m sure you will agree this needs your urgent attention.
